I enjoy painting people and am happy to take the unexpected opportunities to include them when I'm working on site and someone comes by to do something (like weeding in a garden, eating at a cafe, or just walking along the street). In these instances I have to paint them quickly as I never know when they'll leave. While I infrequently paint with other artists, when this does occur I like to include them in my paintings too. At other times friends and family may end up in a painting if they try to read and happen to sit in a place where I've got a painting underway.
